Delivery Information

I. Conditions and prices for delivery.

Orders are accepted on e-mail: office@delicious-n-nutritious.com        

The shipping cost is 5 Euro per order.

II. Scheduling and execution of requests.
1. Deadlines for delivery by courier:

  • Requests made til17.00h of the day are sent by courier to the end of the same day;
  • Requests made after 17.00h will be sent for delivery the next day;
  • Requests made on Friday after 17.00h are executed on the first business day of the following week;
2. Upon receiving the good from the Courier , the customer is required to check:

  •     the packaging of the ordered goods;
  •     Existence of label in Bulgarian language;
  •     signs of breakage or scratches on the package;
  •     date of expire;
  •     existence of a written receipt or other proof of purchase;
  •     the product description should be the same as it meets the physical delivered goods - type, weight, taste, color, size.
3. When the goods are delivered by courier to an external company ( "Interlogistica" Ltd. or others), the Client has the right to check the content of
supply by opening the package!
4. Upon delivery of protein bars by courier to an external company
( "Interlogistica" Ltd. or others), "Heathstore" Ltd. is not responsible for
melted products or products with damaged packaging!
5. In establishing differences between ordered and delivered items (type, quantity,
taste, size, etc.), the Client shall immediately notify the Courier and may
refuse to accept the goods.
6. The customer may refuse to pay the received goods in case of problems
or discrepancies specified in Item. 2!

III. Reclamations.

1. The return of goods or merchandise taken within 24 hours after the
delivery!
2. Reclamations are not accepted if the client has paid the goods by the Courier,
i.e. the described problems in pt. 3 (II. Timetable and implementation of requests) are not registered by the Client when receiving goods from the courier.
3. Reclamations are not accepted when the customer has violated the ordered goods, whether intentionally or not;

  •     wounded or missing safety sticker on the cap;
  •     package is damaged (cracked or broken plastic cover cap);
  •     is carried consumption of the product;
  •     the product is stored in the wrong place for that purpose;
  •     products with expired date;
  •     products with damaged packaging the fault of the courier of a foreign company ( "Interlogistica" Ltd. or otherwise);
4. Reclamations are not accepted without being given proof of purchase (cash
note, invoice, other).
