NATURAL MACARONI TRICOLORE
Necessary products
- 1 package PASTA TRICOLOR
- 1 piece. Red pepper
- 1 piece. zucchini
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion
- 4-5 pcs. asparagus
- 250 ml. yogurt
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- capers
- black pepper and salt
- Olive oil
Method of preparation
- Boil the peeled asparagus for about 10 minutes, adding salt, pepper and olive oil to the water.
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions above.
- Heat the pan with olive oil and add the onion and garlic.
- After a few minutes add the remaining vegetables - cherry tomatoes, zucchini, asparagus, peppers. Add spices - salt and pepper.
- Once the vegetables are soft, add them to the cooked pasta.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing yogurt, parmesan, a few capers, salt and pepper.
Serve for lunch or dinner.
